The service

GazeRank provides automated, AI-generated analysis of publicly accessible websites. Reports are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies — they are a starting point for improvement, not a guarantee of results or rankings.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scan websites you do not have permission to analyze in a way that violates their terms of service or applicable law
• Abuse the service (excessive automated requests, attempts to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineering, etc.)
• Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

Plans and billing

Free plan usage is limited to a set number of scans per month. Paid plans, when available, are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

GazeRank and its content, branding, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without our prior written permission. Scan reports generated for you may be used for your own internal purposes.

Limitation of liability

GazeRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for decisions made based on scan results, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
